As a Somatic Wellness Teacher...

Through wellness workshops, soulful classes, expressive arts sessions, and restorative happy hours, I guide students and seekers to soften releasing the grind of doing and dropping into the gentle power of just being. In an age of constant stimulation and digital noise, I offer a counterbalance: a return to breath, body, and presence.

My work invites you to unplug, unwind, and reawaken your natural healing intelligence through somatic practices, breathwork, and conscious relaxation.

Rooted in the Southeast and teaching throughout United States, I blend gentle and restorative yoga with somatic meditation and psychotherapy creating embodied experiences of mindfulness, self-regulation, and deep restoration. Whether in the classroom, the studio, or the circle, I hold space for nervous systems to exhale and spirits to reconnect.
