I design and facilitate wellness-centered experiences that help individuals and teams pause, reconnect, and restore their energy. These offerings blend psychology, mindfulness, somatic practices, yoga, and meditation to support emotional well-being, creativity, and sustainable leadership.
Each experience is thoughtfully crafted to create spaces of reflection, renewal, and meaningful connection, whether for helping professionals, organizations, or community groups.
Offerings May Include:
• Private Wellness Experiences are designed for individuals or small groups and may include mindfulness practices, somatic grounding, breathwork, guided reflection, and restorative wellness sessions that support emotional balance, clarity, and vitality.
